Join me for The Poet Seen, a course for artists and creatives of all kinds who are navigating the vulnerable act of sharing their work. Together, we’ll explore the deep tension between the longing to be seen and the fear that often comes with it — the pull between hiding and exposure, and why both live so closely inside the creative life.

We’ll talk honestly about fear in all its forms: fear of failure, fear of success, fear of being disliked, and how to survive each without shrinking what you make. We’ll move through the landscape of criticism — learning who not to listen to, how indifference and noise operate, and why criticism is inseparable from making art, but never the whole story.

We’ll also explore what it means to be the “naked” artist: how to separate the work from its reception, when to engage with feedback and when to step away, and how to let resistance, misunderstanding, and friction become fuel rather than harm. You’ll be guided through practical frameworks for sharing your work without sacrificing your inner life — protecting what needs to remain private while building steadier, more sustainable ways to be visible.

Finally, we’ll look at what comes after fear: living with discomfort without letting it rule you, finding greater freedom in sharing, and forming a deeper, more resilient relationship with your work. We’ll close with reflection and discussion, carrying the work forward gently and on your own terms.
